This looks like an interesting option to finance grad school for professions that a state (here: Georgia) is trying to attract.
The way I read it:
- up to 20K/year.
- 1 year cancelled for each 1 year of in-state profession (after graduation)
So basically, as long as you do graduate and then work in the profession in the state for 4 years, the state foregives 80K in loans.
