Has anyone done this yet? Where did you go to set it up? Daughter is still getting emails at our home email and that is showing as the primary address on her OPUS page. Thanks for any info.

On another matter--any one know if there is an Emory specific form that needs to be completed regarding her immunizations? Or is the immunizations record from her MD sufficient?

DD is looking forward to getting her dorm/roommate info tomorrow--Slowly but surely all the pieces of the puzzle are starting to fall into place!

Because that is how other students will contact you. It’s your learnlink.emory.edu email.
It’s also a goldmine of information.
Your emory.edu email will be forwarded to this (and if you have a smartphone, I recommend getting it forwarded to that from there).

For immunizations, you do need to use the Emory form. You need to enter the immunizations on the website and then print it out for the doctor to sign. This is one of 8 steps that need to be completed for pre-matriculation.

There are several ways to find the info for immunizations. I log into opus and on the bottom right click on patient portal which will will bring up the log on screen. I use the same user name and pw as opus. Then on the left hand side click on forms, and it will bring up a list including the immunization form.

My son had his Emory.edu email set up to forward to his gmail account. Is that ok or should I tell him he should switch it back? His gmail gets sent right to his iPhone.

That’s what I do as well. It’s fine for now until till the switch to Office365 for e-mail starting next semester. The nice thing about forwarding it is your son won’t have to deal with the History (i.e. other people on LL who sent him emails can see if he’s read it yet if he opens them on LL). Just know that if when your LL inbox is full it stops forwarding the emails.
