there is no major in pre-med or a major/concentration in international relations at Georgetown. Pre-med is a set of classes required by most medical schools to apply for admission (and also courses that are covered on the MCAT-Medical College Admissions Test). The pre-med courses are:

1) General Biology I and II with labs
2) General Chemistry I and II with labs
3) Organic Chemistry I and II with labs
4) Intro Physics I and II with labs
5) a year of English
6) usually a year of math (Calculus I and II or Calculus I and Probability and Statistics)

If you're interested in International Health, there are a number of options at Georgetown:

1) Georgetown College has a Biology of Global Health major. This looks at the biological issues facing global health. You'll take the biology major core, which I believe is General Biology I and II, General Chemistry I and II, and Genetics, a Biology of Global Health seminar, and various global health related courses. You'll choose relevant Biology electives, such as Virology, Parasitology, Microbiology etc.

2) SFS has Science, Technology, and International Affairs (STIA), with a concentration in International Health. Here you'll take the SFS core requirements in addition to international health related courses. You'll probably need to take a year of econ, not sure.

3) the School of Nursing and Health Studies (NHS) has an International Health major. There you'll take Human Biology I and II, General Chemistry I and II (since you'll be pre-med. If not you'd take Chemistry of Human Functioning), Microbiology, and Introduction to International Health. There are also required courses in International Health Promotion, Epidemiology, Global Patterns of Disease, Globalization and Health, etc. International Health also has 3 internships built into the curriculum: one is at a local health organization, the second is at an international organization (WHO for example), and the third is a semester internship abroad where you conduct original research.

Look at the websites of these three programs for more info.
