My friend is looking for someone to take over her lease in Troy East for the spring 2013 semester. She is moving out (for study abroad), but has lived in the complex for almost two years now and really loves it!

The unit is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom that she currently shares with two girls. She shares a room with one of the girls and they have a walk-in closet. The complex is close to campus, within Campus Cruiser and DPS boundaries and is home to lots of undergraduate students! The complex is also located within a few blocks of University Gateway and University Village.

The other two girls currently rooming in this apartment are super sweet, clean and respectful of study hours, etc.! Furniture is provided.

This apartment is perfect for anyone returning from study abroad, spring-admit students and anyone looking for a housing change! It leases for $3,800/semester through USC Housing office.

Please let me know if you are interested! Thanks!

Any female transfers, current students or 2013 Spring admits still looking for housing for next semester?

(I’m asking this on behalf of my girlfriend, who’s sister is moving out of this apartment to her sorority house)

I am looking for transfer, spring admit or current female USC student to take over my lease at the Mirage Apartments for this coming Spring semester. The lease would begin January and it is $900/month.

It is a 1 bedroom, 2 person apartment completely furnished (with couches, a television, bar, microwave, dishwasher, etc.)
The apartment also includes a bathroom with double sinks and sufficient closest space both in the bedroom and bathroom.

There is a gated area to park your bike and it is no more than a 5 minute walk to campus.

Housing near or around campus is IMPOSSIBLE to find this late in the semester, so if you’ve lagged on looking for a place to live, PM me and I’ll put you in contact.

I’ve included the link for the apartment below

If anyone is still looking for housing for the spring semester in university-owned housing, let me know! The Troy East apartment is still available, near University Gateway, the UV and the Row, and is more reasonably priced than Gateway/West 27th/etc.
