Should I Add Additional Comments for my Horrible Freshman year?

<p>My GPA freshman year was a 2.3
I also changed schools after freshman year and started the school I am now graduating in, my sophmore year. </p>

<p>However, there was no reason for my horrible grades besides the fact that I didn’t care about school. No hardship. Nothing. So should I still add additional comments in the academics section? </p>

<p>Similarly, should I add comments to the third UC Prompt? Please help! Thanks!!</p>
