Should I apply now or wait to try and take the SAT again?

<p>I am unsure if I should apply early to Penn State since my chances aren't as high, as some say they are more lenient in the beginning. The other option is to retake the SAT and apply at the end of October when I get the scores for that. </p>

<p>Not sure which option to go with, my mom says I should just apply instead of doing the SAT again since it will be the 3rd time and....well it is not free!</p>
