Should I apply to UNC CH as a Freshman or a Transfer?

I am an early college student, meaning I am a senior in high school, but I am a full-time college student at my local community college because of the early college program I am enrolled in.

I do not know if I should apply to UNC CH as a first year freshman or as a second-year sophomore transfer student. I currently have 32 college credits, but after the current Fall semester I will have 49.

My current high school unweighted GPA is a 3.5. Weighted is a 4.3
My current college unweighted GPA is a 3.5 as well.

The average Transfer student GPA at UNC Chapel Hill is a 3.7.
The average weighted first-year GPA is a 4.6.

Here are the sophomore-transfers class of 2017 stats at UNC Chapel hill:

Sophomore transfers
Average college GPA: 3.74
25th-75th percentiles
—SAT (Critical Reading + Math) 1210-1400
(http://admissions.unc.edu/apply/class-profile-2/)

I have a 1300 SAT score.

It seems that my chances of getting in are better if I apply as a transfer, but I am so hesitant and conflicted.

PLEASE HELP.

Could you ask your guidance counselor or advisor?

Early college students should apply as first-years. This coming from a former early college student now attending UNC.
