Should I be confident

Hey there,
I'm a 9th grader applying for 10th at a number of schools (choate, exeter, middlesex, andover, williston, deerfield, milton), mostly top-tier. I think I'm qualified for them, but am wondering how confident I should be over the next two months.

The juicy stuff ------------------------------------------------------

SSAT: 99 four years straight. Almost aced them this year.

Caucasian, who will need about 30% FA

3.6 unweighted GPA, 4.1 weighted (I have three honors courses), but past 3 years it has been a 3.85/4.2

ECs - varsity water polo, ski racing, baseball this year,
I have played cello for 9 years and trumpet for 7
I have completed a dozen college-level courses online for fun, starting before I knew I would apply to BS
School Model UN co-founder
School Newspaper Head editor
Chair of Sustainability Committee

Half of my recs are outstanding, half are good.

Also, I go to a junior boarding school as a day student which may or may not help me chances.

Anyways, confidence level is sorta high, but am I misguided?

Thanks!

Yes. Confidence is good, but in the case of where you’re applying, one can never be certain.

I would say that your stats are good, and you seem like a good applicant. But with the top tier schools especially if you need FA you cant be certain. So you have a good chance but don’t be overly confident.
