I am leaning towards becoming a nurse but am always told that i'm "too smart for nursing." For the most part I easily score high on the ACT and SAT and have straight As in gifted and AP classes.

I am torn on which to choose...the difficulty of Med school is not my biggest concern but I don't know if I'm cut out for it. The nurse thing is likely a stereotype but I don't want to feel like I should be doing something more challenging.
