<p>Since you send your past scores with the common app self report, they'll take them and wait for the scores to come in normally.
If they need them urgently, they will contact you.</p>

They will get sent once the scores are out, and as long as you indicated you were taking them on your app, Penn will wait.</p>
<p>are you sure?....i called Penn couple of weeks ago and asked them whether November test scores are okay. they said "as long as you rush them in" it'll be fine, or something like that...</p>
<p>I talked to my director and he told us not to waste the money, so I can only assume that it's okay.</p>
