<p>I got a C for math in my sophomore year. It is the only grade lower than a B- that I got in my whole high school career. My average grades are near a B+ unweighted. While math is not one of my best subjects, I feel that the teacher was very inconsiderate in his grading and demonstrated favoritism in giving out his final grades. Should I ‘explain’ this grade?</p>
<p>No, there is no way to explain it without making it look like YOUR excuse.</p>
<p>I’ve received countless C’s because I thought my teacher was either horrible at teaching or too much of a harsh grader, but I’ll live.</p>
