Excellent choice! You now will have more freedom to make choices in the future without the added burden of debt. Congratulations on your admission to an excellent school.
If financial circumstances have changed substantially for an accepted applicant, then Northwestern might offer grant aid if informed of the circumstances–although I am not sure about international applicants possibly because financials are too difficult to confirm.
As presented, this is a non-issue as OP has only been admitted to Northeastern in Boston.
