Should I major in Computer Science?

I'm currently a HS senior taking Pre-Calculus, and I'm doing pretty well in it. I love computers and learning code such as C++ (I already understand HTML) seems like a very interesting and satisfying thing to do. I've applied as a Political Science major to FSU (I hope I get in) because I also enjoy writing, reading and the like.

My question is: Do I need to excel in maths to do good in Computer Science? Should I just double major? Would that ruin my college experience since I'd have less free-time?

Thanks!

you dont necessarily have to be good at math to be good at comp sci. to me, you just have to be able to comprehend the language and have the ability to write great programs on your own.

i took comp sci and wasn’t great at it even though im great at math

choose whichever major you could see yourself doing 10 - 20 years from now.
