Should I mention activities I was accepted to?

So, I was accepted to both Junior States of America’s Georgetown Summer Program and Bank of America Student Leaders Program, but was unable to attend either due to my financial situation. Should I still note on my college applications that I was accepted to those programs?

I think on the GT app you can mention that one. For others, I would pick the most prestigious and go with it which may be the BOA one.
