Should I put my Major of Choice on My Application?

I’m applying to Virginia Tech (1st Choice), JMU, University of Mary Washington, and Hollins. I don’t know if that matters in this question but oh well. I plan to major in Statistics in College (or something close to it). I really do love statistics, I’ve never enjoyed a subject more in my life, and I’m almost positive I want to pursue it. But here’s the thing. I have a pretty low SAT score on the Math Section. It’s really because I’ve forgotten a lot of the math concepts from previous years in math (Algebra, Geometry, Trig, etc.) and those seem to all be on the math section of the SAT. The highest score I have gotten on the Math section is a 530. Is it a good idea to put statistics or a related major on my applications, or should I just put undecided? Will they judge me for having a not-so-great Math section score and still want to be a math major? Thanks!

Honestly I think I would show as undecided. What else is there in HS math besides Alg, Geometry and Trig that would be on the SAT?
Make sure you have more matches and safeties.
