Should I report my SAT Subject Tests?

I took the ACT w/writing 3 times, reported 2, will send 12/06
06/06: 30C (27E, 32M, 30R, 32S, 8E)
12/06: 32C (34E, 33M, 33R, 28S, 8E)

I took the SAT Subject Tests:
10/06: 710 Math 2C, 650 Chemistry, 610 Literature
12/06: 800 Math 2C, 710 Chemistry, 650 Physics

On the SATST, I know that Penn doesn’t require them if you take the ACT. Should I report them since I took some twice? (Could that be seen as bad, plus my scores aren’t stellar.)

Thanks.

Edit: I already self reported everything, if that matters.

If I were you, I'd report them.
I can't think of any way that it would hurt you.

It doesn't really matter much for you any way you go since all your scores are similar and in the same range.

Your scores are pretty average for qualified applicants to Penn without all them fancy hooks. Your scores are fine, so nothing bad will happen if you send them. Even if they find the scores low, you still have your ACT which may offset them. Because you reported your scores, send them or it may look strange (just my opinion).
