Hey guys, I’m a junior and I recently took the 2018 AP Language and Composition exam. The scores were released and I found out that I received a 3. As a student in the course, I constantly delivered A/ A+ level work, and on the mock exam, I got a 4 (just short of a 5). Obviously, there are differences between the mock and the actual AP exam, but I didn’t find the exam too difficult. I was confident that I got at least a 4 and was even hoping for a 5. Additionally, almost every college I’m interested in requires at least a 4 in AP Lang and Comp to get credit. Should I rescore it?
I have never heard of anyone having rescore success on a 3+. But if you want to spend the money, go for it. Personally, I’d say move on.
