Should I retake the ACT?

Ok so here it goes:

I have taken the SAT 3 times and have a superscore of 1480/2260 (CR: 700 M: 780 W: 780), so I am not going to take it again.

BUT, I have taken the ACT once without any prep and got a 33 (english: 36 math: 33 reading: 34 science: 30) I ran out of time on the science section. I think I could easily retake and get a 34. Would it be worth it? Or would it be about the same as my SAT score?

I'm aiming for Stanford, MIT, Brown, Northwestern, etc.

yes you should.
bumping up the science will raise your composite by 1 to 2 points.
which is worth the 50 bucks you have to pay.
