Should I retake with writing?

I have an ACT composite score of 33 with sub-scores of 34E, 35M, 30R ,34 S, and a 9 Essay. Due to my relatively low reading score and the fact that I was only one question away from a 34, I'm retaking the test. My question is whether to include the ACT WITH writing or without. My dream colleges, Johns Hopkins and Stanford, do not superscore the ACT, so they'll be seeing these scores anyways(which includes the essay). Do I need to take my second ACT with the essay or can I take it without it as I already have an essay score? I don't intend on improving my current essay score.
