Should I rush my SAT scores for Rutgers or is there time?

I know I’m very last minute. I am very bad with deadlines. I’m submitting my Rutgers application today (today is the deadline). They say they need the self reported grades and SAT scores by 2 weeks after the deadline, so I’m sending my SAT scores today too. I know I should have done it earlier.

Collegeboard says it takes 1-2 weeks to send scores regularly (for 12 dollars), but it says after that the college might need more time for internal processing. Does this mean it could take longer than 2 weeks? If so, I guess I should rush shipping, but that is 31 dollars and I don’t want to have to do that unless absolutely necessary. Plus my parents are already kind of mad that I waited until the last minute. Thanks.

How badly do you want to attend Rutgers? If it were me and I really wanted to attend I would pay the rush fee to make sure I had the scores to admissions within their set deadlines. If it wasn’t crunch time, I may have recommended not rushing them but unfortunately it is crunch time. So many students are sending scores and I think if you really want to make the deadlines you may have to pay the extra money.
