Should I send my ACT results if I have a really low writing score?

I took the ACT in September and got the following scores:

English: 28
Math: 25
Reading: 36
Science: 30
Composite: 30

I took the ACT Plus Writing test in October and got these scores:

English: 28
Math: 26
Reading: 34
Science: 31
Composite: 30

Writing: 4
Combined English/Writing: 23

I'm a really slow writer and only managed to write a little over two paragraphs which ruined my writing score. How much of an effect does the writing score have on an application? Should I send the October scores along with the September scores, or should I just send the September scores? I'm planning on applying to the University of Oklahoma.

Bump

Oklahoma does not require the writing section of the ACT and does not use the writing section of either the ACT or SAT to determine admission, and thus sending it will cause no harm. If you are applying to other colleges, you need to check their particular rules because many colleges require the writing section if you submit ACT and submitting only an ACT without writing score could mean automatic rejection for failure to meet a requirement for admission.
