Should I Submit A Mid-Year Report?

Hi,

I'm an international homeschooled student applying to college this autumn. This year, I'm not really following an American-style curriculum this year, but I might be next year; I'm going to start learning some things and studying for some APs in January - should I report this to colleges? It will probably help my chances, not hurt them.

Also, should I keep colleges updated on any major things that have happened in my extracurricular pursuits? If so, do I just email them and say so, or should I include it with the Mid-Year Report?

Thanks ^^,

I included updates on extracurriculars in a letter included with my mid-year report. If you’re going to send a mid-year report, which I would advise since most colleges require them, I would send updates on extracurriculars with that.
