Recently, I took the ACT and scored a 34. That was all in one setting and I have never taken a SAT or ACT before. The question is, if I feel I can score higher on a another try or by taking an SAT, should I do that or should i just leave it as a 34 on the first sitting? Bear in mind I plan to apply mainly to Ivy League schools.

If you feel you can get higher, than definitely take it again unless you’re too lazy to endure the time again (which most people aren’t)
