Should I take SAT U.S History or Physics?

I would like to major in CS, and I know that some colleges require a science subject test along with a math one. I plan on taking Math 2, and I already took the Biology test in my freshman year (I got a 700…). A 700 is low for the colleges I want to apply to, so I was wondering if it would be better to take U.S History (something unrelated to my planned major) or Physics (more related). I’m currently taking APUSH, and I plan to take AP Physics I next year (junior yr).

Physics or both.

You should take physics as some CS programs require either physic or chem along with math. If you are taking APUSH my family’s experience is that you won’t have to do any extra studying for it and are likely to get a high score. So I would go ahead and take it now - my kids - who admittedly are great test takers - got a 790 and an 800. You may have to do some extra studying for the physics SAT as not all physics courses cover everything that might be on it.
