Should I take the GRE?

<p>I am interested in applying for a civil engineering masters program at various cal states and cal polys. I have a 3.1 upper division major GPA, and a 3.26 GPA overall, so I meet the minimum requirements without having to take the GRE. But is it still recommended that I take to show how much I want to go to grad school?</p>
