Well, UF specifically. I have Asperger's Syndrome. I couldn't do well in my freshman and sophomore years, due to issues stemming from my Asperger's. I had trouble finding good medication, but in junior year, i found good medication and I started to do well in my classes. The point is, should I tell UF this? Several people told me to do so, because it partly explains my bad grades. I also have a deep passion for birds, and UF has the best zoology program in Florida.

If you need to disclose this to explain the bad grades then do it. Emphasize your success in the junior year and the positive impact that your current meds (and strategies you might be employing as a student) have on your academics.
