Should I transfer from a CSU to a UC?

<p>It's kinda of been in the back of my head for a while and I'm about to start my second year at Sac State.</p>

<p>Some UCs I wanted to apply for (In the computer science/engineering major) are:
UCLA
UCI
UCD
UC Berkeley </p>

<p>I do like having the benefit of staying at home, but my parents and I have a hate-love relationship, so I don't really know if moving out would be the best choice.</p>

<p>Any suggestions?</p>
