I have the Barron SAT Math Workbook and I was wondering if it would be good or bad to use it for doing math? I have heard that the workbook is much more complicated than the SAT. I got a 440 on my math part of the SAT and hoping to get it to around 600+.

In my opinion, the Barron book is good for those trying to go from 700 to 800. You would be better off with the Princeton Review book, or the Kaplan book.

Would it work if I used “The Princeton Review: 11 practice tests” and reviewed the answer and explanation?

I have until Jan 26th I think so I would like to use the most effective methods.

NO. I used Barron’s a bit, but it’s full of mistakes and actually teaches some of the concepts incorrectly. You may want to try Gruber’s workbook.
