My son submitted his app on 11/15 which I just realized was the deadline for EA but he still doesn’t have a decision. Shouldn’t he have been considered EA or did it need to be submitted before that date?
Was there a place on the application to indicate EA? Usually a student can chose EA or RD. EA is not solely based on the date the application was submitted.

We are in the same boat. My son received a notice that he was deferred from EA into Regular Decision. I don’t remember if you needed to indicate that the application was for EA. But, he applied to Binghamton, Northeastern and Villanova all EA and was deferred.
