Siemens Competition - No mentor?

Hi all, I have a question about mentor forms for those who may be involved with the Siemens competition.

If I have a project that did not include the guidance of a mentor, how should a teacher administrator fill out the mentor form? There are specific details like origin of project, design of project, collaboration efforts, etc. that a teacher administrator would have no idea about.

Would I even have to fill out this section of the form if I don't actually have a mentor?

Thank you!

bring up my post

any help is appreciated

From the mentor form itself:

Hope that helps.

You can tell the person the details of the project, and then he or she can put that under “student’s contribution” section. If a question doesn’t apply, he can simply put “does not apply”. Also make sure he checks the “There was no mentor. I am a high school administrator or high school teacher” box on the form.

If you have further questions, you may get answers faster by posting it in this thread: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/high-school-life/1002279-siemens-2010-a.html

Good luck!

The deadline for the 2010 Siemens Competition has passed. It was October 1.
