<p>i still have 2 supplement essays to write...but a quick q for anyone who can answer.</p>

<p>i did a paper application for Rice under ID plan. i was looking back thru a copy of it today and for one of their short answer q's that i hand wrote, i misspelled a word (the word was enthralled...i spelled it entralled). how bad of a situation is this. i double checked the rest of app...no more errors except this one. </p>

<p>i have good stats/qualities for rice...it is my top choice...how much will the one word hurt me?</p>

<p>It's not a bad situation. I reread my Chicago EA essay for inspiration on another essay and found at least 3 grammatical errors in it. Ouch.
But I was still accepted. So you should be fine.
Esp if you handwrote it.</p>
