<p>Can Freshman get a single dorm room? When selecting room pref it did not give single as an option. </p>

<p>It’s nearly impossible to get a single as a freshmen as most upperclassmen take all the singles on campus :/</p>
<p>When you do a room search on your select day, it has a drop down for different things…pick a area (i.e… Murphree area/not a hall) and pick single room …it will list if any available in that area</p>
<p>if not go to the next area like Broward…do it for all the areas on campus to see if any singles available</p>
<p>when I just picked my room for summer B there were some singles available, but that does not mean there will be for the Fall</p>
<p>You could always get an apartment if you don’t want to dorm</p>
