<p>Hi if my friend recently appealed to one of the UCs, and they don't respond before may 1, and she is forced to sign the SIR to irvine or something. Assume that she gets in around may 3rd or 5th, can she cancel her SIR to irvine and accept the school she appealed and got into?</p>
