<p>This is going to sound pretty idiotic, but I am extremely unfamiliar with Skype. I have a Skype interview in a couple days and I think I've finally got the hang of it... BUT do I need to add my interview to my contact list? She's sent me her Skype ID, but I'm unsure as to whether I should add her or not. Adding a complete stranger seems weird, but not adding the interviewer seems weird as well. What should I do? Anyone out there with experience with Skype interviews?</p>
<p>Oh, and I have one more question! Do I wait for my interviewer to video call me or should I video call her?</p>
<p>You will need to add your interviewer in order for her to be able to contact you. You can always remove her from your contacts later…it isn’t permanent. And if your interviewer has requested the time and format, I would wait for them to contact you. Just make sure you are signed in to Skype and ready a few minutes ahead of time. </p>
