<p>I am a vegetarian, too, and experienced this when I was anemic (before anyone assumes, my anemia was NOT due to my vegetarianism- it’s due to a B12 deficiency that I was born with). Go get your B12 and iron levels checked by a doctor. </p>
<p>Now that my levels are back up, I’m one of those people who sleeps only 6-7 hours a night and I function just fine. My body won’t even let me sleep past 8 hours now (which is pretty annoying but whatever lol).</p>
<p>juillet, fwiw, I am more productive at night and have been since I was young. My father is the same way and he’s in his 50s. I think some people are simply night people. Mom is opposite. She’s done being productive by early afternoon lol.</p>
