I would like to major in Computer Science in college, and I want to attend a smaller sized university where CS is pretty good in undergrad, instead of a large public university. What are some reaches, matches, and safety schools that fit the criteria? Some of the universities on my current list are Case Western, URochester, RPI, WPI. Thanks!

I would say that all 4 of the schools you listed are matches. RIT and Rose-Hulman would be good safety options.
Why do you want the smaller sized schools? Is it about fit, class size, feeling in the CS department, or all of them? If it isn’t all of them, it could expand your options.
You can also apply to St Olaf and Dickinson as matches, HarveyMudd and Olin as reaches?
