Smart kid/bombed her tests, now what?

Wow…guys…the kid got a 4 on her stAts ap and a 3 on bc calc as a junior…690 on the math sat and 650 on writing. She is in the top 20 pct of her class with a 4.1 weighted gpa. Do you really think she needs a cc? I was thinking more of smaller classes, more one on one…

After taking them twice she has 1800, slightly higher on the ACT (28), and just okay on the APs – 3 for BC CAlc/AB calc component, 4 for statistics and only 2 for AP US. Her scores are highly skewed, with 510 on the CR but much higher scores on both writing and math.

That adds up to 1850. If that’s a superscore, you will want to make sure the schools she is interested in use superscoring, as not everyone does.</p>
