Smarter Balanced test scores in college admissions

So 6 states (including CA, where I live) take this college readiness index test called the Smarter Balanced test. I know that colleges within these states use the scores to put our grades into perspective.

My school was the highest performing high school in Los Angeles County. Will this play a factor in admissions? Also, do you guys know if colleges outside of the 6 states that take the test will be able to see my school’s results?

Not specifically based on the Smarter Balanced test, but it is common practice for colleges to look at your school’s performance to see the context in which you have performed.

I don’t know about the Smarter Balanced test, but I do know that each HS sends a school profile along with each transcript with information such as levels of classes offered, average SAT/ACT of students, grade distribution in school etc. so your transcript will be read in the context of your HS.
