Iām so so nervous! Other New England small liberal arts colleges gave out decisions on Friday and Saturday like Bates, Colby, and Bowdoin, so hopefully, we arenāt far behind

usually ed applicants do get an email specifying the date and time
yeah same i think weāll get the email on 14th and decision on 15th/16th

when i read the ed1 thread from last year i heard they got a warning email two days in advance!! hopefully weāll be getting one soon!!

hi everyone!! i will join in on the wait here. i read the ed1 thread from last year and saw that they got an email 2 days in advance of the decision release, and that it is released at 5 pm est. i read on that thread that normally they release decisions on fridays, but last year they did it on a different day. it could be because it was friday the thirteenth and they didnāt want to stress out superstitious applicants, however, i am hoping they simply changed their tradition and will release our decisions earlier this week. i am so excited yet nervous at the same time!! no matter what, we are all amazing and will do great things, regardless of what happens! anyways, i will probably lurk around this thread with all of you in anticipation!!

Hi! Iām also an ED1 applicant! I was fairly convinced we were finding out today (wishful thinking lol). Iām so nervous & hoping we find out soon!!

hey guys I also applied ed1. my friend applied ed to hampshire and his results come out tomorrow (idk if this means anything for us because of the consortium or if itās just wishful thinking?) my mom also got a happy holidays email from smith which is a little odd considering they havenāt said anything to us? also @graceland2 is your name a play on the phoebe bridgers song??

omg YES it is indeed a phoebe reference!! also i am guessing they release wednesday then maybe?? like the only other consortium school left besides smith is mhc and they say theyāre releasing ālate decemberā

Hi, I applied for spring transfer and I hope we will hear back by tomorrow night! I applied to Smith and UMass, and UMassā deposit deadline is tomorrow at midnight, so Iām hoping Smith releases decisions by then! If not, Iām going to be super annoyed that the consortium is so out of sync lol. I assume transfer and ed decisions will come out at the same time.

Iām currently a freshman at Bryn Mawr college! I live in MA so UMass is my backup because itās less expensive, and I could still take classes at Smith
