Can someone clarify this for me: the supplement asks for an important characteristic in choosing students. At first I was thinking about a value like open-mindedness. But its not something that can really be evaluated in an application. So is the characteristic supposed to be something else like dedicated ecs which is something that can be easily evaluated?
Thanks!

This is not sounding familiar to me. Would you please post the full prompt?

Just answer the question like they ask. If you had to pick a class, what would you look for in prospective students?

In my mind, individuality is the defining character trait. That’s what I wrote my essay on and I got in.

Yeah I wrote about curiosity, I haven’t actually submitted or been accepted yet but I’m assuming it doesn’t have to be something that is measured quantitatively or whatever.

A lot of non-quanitative factors go into choosing a college class, so if that’s what you think would be important to you if you were choosing, then I think that’s fine.

Yeah…I’m writing mine about passion, which I guess you can kind of get through an application with essays and such but it’s a sort of undefinable quality as well.
