Snowstorm

Since there is a snowstorm coming into the mid atlantic, is it possible that my test center could be closed?

Anyone with any past experience - do they reschedule the test date or make u take the next national test date?

Not sure, probably rescheduled. It should be fine, the storm isn’t very big… only 3 inches expected in Illinois. Where are you?

mabs: apparently, if test center is closed, ACT tries to reschedule another date…if you can’t make that date, they will automatically register you for April…looks like ALOT of people will be impacted on Saturday…

If your center cancels their proctoring of the ACT for this Saturday, you should be able to view your school’s cancellation notice at [ACT, Inc. : A Student Site for ACT Test Takers](http://www.actstudent.org). In the past, I have noticed they will post them as soon as the school notifies ACT of their cancellation. I would be sure that you wake up a bit early to make sure that your ACT is still in session.

Good Luck to everyone taking the test this Saturday. ;)

ok my school system just canceled it for Sat

doesnt say so on the ACT site yet but it’s on the school system’s website

lol wow the list of closed test centers is huge

If it’s closed (ours is, most of them in Ohio are except for the northwest area), they will generally reschedule for another date and let you know by e-mail (or you can check online). Also, you have the option of rescheduling for the next national date instead, if you choose, but you must call them to do this and it must be by the usual registration deadline for the next text as if you were scheduling for April on your own. The information is on the website.
