So are there any online decisions for BU?

<p>Hey all, I’m new to the BU board, but I applied RD this year and would like to know whether we can get our admissions decision online or not. </p>

<p>Yeah, they'll be online before you get them in the mail. BU will e-mail you and tell you that you can view their decision on their website when they are ready.</p>

<p>They <em>should</em> be available next week Wednesday, Thur, Fri....if their release this year coincides with 2004's and 2005's. In the CC archives, kids began knowing their decisions mid-week the 3rd week in March!</p>

<p>I never actived my BU account to check my application status.. and my e-mail is @aol.. I entered my e-mail and it said that they sent a letter to my inbox telling me how to activate my account.. I never got it. I know a lot of times with certain websites that when using an AOL email.. sometimes things are never recieved. Has anyone else been having this problem?</p>

<p>check your spam. aol, at least for me, put everything there...</p>

<p>i don't have aol but the same thing happened to me. i called and they resent the e-mail and that time i got it</p>

<p>Can you find out how much financial aid youre getting when you see your decision? Or do they only mail that out to your house? And does anyone know if the financial aid package comes WITH the decision, or a couple of weeks later?</p>

<p>I know that for ED you get the decision first and then the financial aid package a week or two later. For both of those they'll tell you online about 4 or 5 days before you get the package in the mail.</p>

<p>I'm not positive that it's the same deal for RD, but it makes sense to me. I mean, if they have all the decisions ready, why not tell people and let them think about it while the college finishes with the financial aid packages?</p>
