I’ve been exercising 3-4 times a week since February and I’ve lost 25 lbs so far. I’m hoping to keep up the trend, but my visits to the gym decreased during finals week and now that I’m home for the summer I haven’t worked up the motivation to go more than two times a week.

5’9" and around 130lbs
I wear 28" waist for my school skirts, but they dig in really bad so probably around a 30"

I swim competitively around 12 hours a week and cycle competitively for 4, also cycle to school and do rounders.

Basically I just have stomach fat that I hate, but I’d be completely happy if I lost about 15lbs, which I did in the fall, unfortunately I put it all back on between christmas, easter and exams :(

5’2" and 112 lbs
uhh, I think it’s 26?
during cross country & track season I usually run 6 days a week… one day is usually a race/meet and the rest is long distance running mixed with intervals.
during off-season I’m really lazy. maybe a run once a week.

I’m 5’3" and weigh 108 lbs. I don’t have an incredibly muscled build (except for my legs) so my BMI of 18.5 is most likely pretty accurate.
My waist size is… Hold on while I check my Dockers. =P A 28. Jeez, you all make me feel like I have a huge waist, even though my weight is pretty low… Then again, I have runner’s legs, so whatever. Guess I do have hips… Bony ones, however. =P I need a belt with those Dockers, though. I don’t work out, though I used to do pull ups and run about half a mile everyday. Well… I haven’t been doing it lately, but 2 weeks ago I would swim laps for 40 minutes every night, at a pretty quick pace. I need to get back into that, ahah. Anyway, that’s that!

5’4
105 lbs
Don’t know my waist size, but a size 00S in jeans (JimboSteve, there are no waist measurements present in conventional American pants sizing)

I spin (for colorguard) at least 5 times a week, for at least a total 6 and a half hours. I play tennis twice a week, for at least a total of 3 hours. I occasionally go running, which is about once a month (lol). I also go swimming frequently- probably 3-5 times a week in the summer.

This is, of course, my summer exercise schedule. My winter exercise schedule- haha, what schedule? I haven’t noticed any significant weight gain in the winter though, but in the summer I always get more muscular.
