So long MIT 2010ers!

Good luck guys, I unfortunately won't be joining you guys. It was an honor being accepted. I'm sure you guys will have an awesome time!
Peace!

"...I unfortunately won't be joining you guys."

So, where you are going for college?

Same here, unfortunately I won't be going to MIT either :(

How can you turn it down? Seriously. Unless you're premed or something.

Is it because of financial aid?

I chose a different school because I enjoyed their atmosphere more, so... hmmmmm....

::sigh:: I won't be attending either, although I really love the people and atmosphere there - it was such an agonizing decision. (I'll be going to Princeton) I'll be sure to keep in touch with my friends at MIT to hear what cool stuff you guys are doing - Good luck to everyone!

I will be going to Stanford, just better weather and same oppurtunities , different atmosphere

You delude yourself to believe "Same Opportunities" but the other two are true.

hey hey now. stanford is a fine school. it just needs to stop picking its nose in goddamn public. seriously, stanford, that's nasty.

sad, sad, sad...but stanford is still good........MIT is the BEST!!!

I won't be attending MIT either. Money is the bane of my existence.

Perhaps I'll be back for grad school. For now, it's Olin.

yeah... you're right Stanford has better oppurtunities not "same".

haha totally kidding! MIT is awesome.

but in all seriousness i don't know... i mean Google was made by stanford, so was Yahoo, so was Cisco systems it's in the heart of sillicon valley, tech companies prefer Stanford grads (at least from what i've heard i have contact with a lot of people since most of my family lives and works IN sillicon valley), they won the Darpa challenge, they also have more startups than anywhere else.
I'm studying computer science, i'm sure MIT beats stanford in a crapload of things but in CS i'd say they are even.
anyways like i said they are both really even and i don't think i'm deluding myself at all they are both great schools MIT has an edge in the sciences and some engineering but for what I want to do (CS) they are the same

Since those forms are due so soon, I'll also say goodbye. That is, assuming I don't change my mind in the next few hours.

Goodbye from me too.
