Also hypothetically if Pell Grant were to be cut, would they give 1 year in advance notice or they can just cut Pell grant with like 2 months in advance notice for 2011-2012?</p>
<p>^ No idea. I love how there hasnt been any news or media on this. I can’t believe we’re spending billions of dollars on war yet we can’t even afford to educate our own people.</p>
<p>It’s probably not news because SMART and ACG were always scheduled to “sunset” at the end of the 2010-2011 school year. They did not do anything to stop that.</p>
<p>Summer (or technically, year round) Pell also is gone. The rational - there was no evidence it made people graduate quicker. Duh - after being in place for one year there wouldn’t be!</p>
