<p>I registered for housing yesterday, and I will do the orientation registration today. Besides these two, what else do I need to complete for UNC? For example, I heard something about a medical form, but I'm having trouble finding it. So if somebody can link me to all the requirements and deadlines, I will appreciate it greatly. Thanks.</p>

<p>Once logged in, click “Immunization Record and Medical History Form” to begin.</p>
<p>The deadline is May 15th… not sure if that’s a postmark deadline or a deadline that they need to have it. That’s tomorrow. :</p>

<p>I doubt it will matter. I was VERY late submitting my CAS Profile because I didn’t even know of its existence until I got my admission letter! So I quickly filled that out despite being about 2 months late and I emailed to make sure that was okay and they said it was. So I think they just like to have things in by the date they say but it’s not strictly enforced.</p>
<p>I turned my immunization forms in 4 weeks after school started and nothing happened.</p>
