<p>I'm a 17-year-old male from Texas. I'll begin my senior year this fall at a decently competitive high school. So chance me, thanks!</p>

<p>EC's:Student Council - Junior Class President, Senior Class President
-Your typical student council activities. </p>

<p>Peer Helpers - Member (Large Number of volunteer Hours)
-We spend 3-5 hours a week mentoring elementary school children who have been deemed "in need of help" by their teachers and administrators.</p>

<p>Dance team escort- Member
-A few volunteer hours but mainly just a lot of fun and gained respect from students and teachers.</p>

<p>Varisty Soccer- Member
-Varsity Soccer Freshman and Sophomore year. Sophomore Starter. Had to quit Junior year due to hereditary knee problems. (thanks mom)</p>

<p>NHS - Member
-Typical NHS activities. Helping out in the school and community.</p>

<p>Mu Alpha Theta - Member
-Monthly meeting. Sponsors many math contest that I excel at.</p>

<p>Local School Council - Student Rep
-The student representative at a meeting with Principals, teachers, and anybody else heavily involved with the school. We discuss everything from test scores to changing the lunch menu.</p>

<p>Golf Course Employee
-Started working their Sophomore year. Around 10hrs a week.</p>

<p>Academics:
Weighted: 99.2ish
Unweighted: 94ish
I have taken taken practically every AP class available. Including a loaded senior year.
Rank: 5-15 out of 600</p>

<p>Test Scores:
SAT: CR:700 M:780 W:680 1480 and 2160
ACT:34</p>

<p>My essay won't be bad and my recommendations will be absolutely amazing and plentiful. </p>

<p>I'm applying to Duke early decision because that's my first choice.
I want to major in mechanical engineering and/or economics. And yes, UT is my safety school.</p>
