Software for Graphing 100k+ points

<p>I'm doing a project for Siemen's (related to rocketry ), and I am recording at 200Hz from many different sensors. I need to plot all of these in the same graph, manipulate the points, plot some more, etc.
Right now, I have been using Excel, and it is just bad. The features for graphing are excellent, but its 30,000 point limit for graphs is a pain. And not to mention on my 2 year old 1.6Ghz Core Duo (3.2 Ghz total) it crashes after 2 minutes. And on my brand new quad core (2.4Ghz per core, 9.6 Ghz total) desktop it runs EXTREMELY slowly.</p>

<p>So is there a faster/more efficient/just better software program? Or can someone lend me a supercomputer ;)</p>

<p>Side note: a 2.4 GHz quad core is not an effective 9.6 GHz processor. A single core 9.6 GHz processor would run much, much faster.</p>
