Some questions about majors.

I start at Simmons College this fall and I am still undecided in my major. I am considering a couple of choices. They're: public health, international relations and information technology. The thing is I am not sure exactly what I want for a career, I'm choosing off my interests. But then there is also English, Psychology and Sociology (perhaps double with one of the above or minor).

I would like to go to graduate school though. Should I look at graduate schools first and see if they have certain prerequisites and then choose my undergrad major off of that?

Also, about double majoring, does it usually take more than 4 years? What about a major plus a minor?

Finally, if anyone has experience with the choices I listed, insight would be great!
