On the UMBC question section of the common app, it says you should upload a employment verification letter to be considered for in state tution. The letter will take a few days and won't be uploaded by Nov 1st. If I have my proof of residency, license, tax, voting, etc do i still need to submit the letter? Can I submit my application w/o the letter and send a email with the document a few days later after Nov 1st?!?!?!?

It would submit the letter just to be safe, but it can definitely be submitted after Nov. 1. Just email your admissions person and try to email or fax it to them ASAP
